He started in the insurance business in 1992 with Farmers Insurance in Birmingham, Alabama. At Farmer Insurance, he excelled and became a top notch performer and was given 5 years of the most challenging comprehensive training in the industry and was awarded his Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow, LUTCF, designation. He sold his Alabama agency, returned to Tampa Bay and formed Bayside Mortgage in 2004.

In 2007, Glen found the insurance side of Bayside. In 2011, he became part of a large scale insurance company, "We Insure FL", that is headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. As a franchisee with "We Insure FL", Glen can cover the entire state of Florida for all types of insurance. Glen's company, Bayside We Insure, is not a little agency, but a full function independent agency with a large portfolio of offerings to better service his clients.

He leverages "We Insure FL" to provide the services only a very large agency can provide, but without the overhead of an inflated staff. With a smaller cost structure, Glen is able to offer the best insurance pricing possible.
